We created an ebook that was distributed to both partners' audiences and published to HubSpot's resource library.

Complementary brand identities


HubSpot, a marketing, sales, and service software, partnered with Help Scout, a customer service software to create a comprehensive guide on how to make customer support human. The goal of this ebook was to provide a custom designed ebook for lead conversion that combined HubSpot’s playful and clean design style with Help Scout’s trustworthy, human brand identity.

To create this ebook, we used Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. We incorporated both brand style guides and added design elements, stylized typography, high quality photographs, and iconography.
